Ingrediënten
- 1 1/2 cups oats gluten-free
- 1/2 cup raw almonds, walnuts or pecans roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp flas seeds ground or whole
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds raw or roasted
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup agave nectar or marple syrup or honey
- 100 gr raspberries
- 100 gr raisin
Instructies
